Castle wine festival: Eat, drink and be merry on the grounds of a 13th century castle at this lively wine fest in Köllerbach on Friday from 6 p.m. and Saturday from 5 p.m. The venue may scream Middle Ages, but the party is anything but mid. City festival: Eight stages, endless rhythm. Catch rock, pop, soul and funk acts lighting up the streets at this high-energy party in Zweibrücken on Friday starting at 6 p.m. Snack stands and beer gardens keep the crowd fueled while the music keeps them moving. Free admission.
House and garden exposition: Step into your dream home life at this elegant design fair in Neustadt an der Weinstrasse on Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. From garden inspiration to luxe interiors, this expo brings your Pinterest board to life.
