Hörnchenberg Tunnel on A62 near Landstuhl is scheduled for routine maintenance and repair operations, the German highway administration Autobahn GmbH announced.

The tunnel tubes will be closed temporarily on Saturday from 7:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. while work is ongoing. Lanes toward Pirmasens will be shut down with a marked detour route U20 via L470, L363 and K60. The following day, the tunnel will be closed in the direction of Trier during the same hours, with detour U7 leading over K60, L363 and L470.
