Somewhere off the coast of North Vietnam, July 15, 1968: Crew members laugh at a joke while rearming operations of the USS Buchanan during Operation Sea Dragon are underway. Several U.S naval ships took part in the operation, conducting naval bombardments at targets north of Dong Hoi, North Vietnam.
