Tan Son Nhut Air Base, South Vietnam, August 27, 1970: Vice President Spiro Agnew walks past a South Vietnamese military band during an awards ceremony at Tan Son Nhut Air Base. Agnew, who was on a week-long visit to Southeast Asia, was joined by his South Vietnamese counterpart, Nguyen Cao Ky, in presenting medals at Tan Son Nhut. Stripes photographer Jack Fuller went on to win a Pulitzer prize and serve as publisher of the Chicago Tribune.
