Welcome home, soldiers.

Nebraska Army National Guard soldiers returned Saturday from a 10-month overseas deployment to Grafenwoehr, Germany, as part of the Joint Multinational Training Group. The 10 soldiers — assigned to Headquarters, Headquarters Troop, 1-134th Cavalry Squadron — were supporting training for Ukrainian Armed Forces troops.

The Nebraska soldiers were part of Task Force Bowie — made up of about 160 soldiers — which directly trained or supported training for 7,500 Ukrainian troops.

They were greeted by friends and family at Eppley Airfield in Omaha, Neb.
