7 p.m. Monday, June 12, Japan time: Joint Typhoon Warning Center has issued its final warning on Tropical Storm Guchol. At 3 p.m., Guchol was 260 miles southeast of Yokosuka Naval Base, racing northeast at 23 mph with 52-mph sustained winds and 63-mph gusts at center. JTWC projects Guchol to pass about the same distance from Yokosuka at about 4 a.m. Tuesday. This is Storm Tracker’s final report on Guchol.
