CAMP CASEY, South Korea — The Army and Air Force Exchange Service likely will finish consolidating its post exchange by the end of March, Area I officials said at a town hall meeting Wednesday.

The new exchange will put a sports shop, a supply store and a bookstore under the same roof with the existing post exchange facility, officials said.

Meanwhile, discussions have begun on extending hours at one of Camp Casey’s shoppettes.

“We are in the process of standing up a 24-hour shoppette on Casey,” said camp commander Lt. Col. Terry Hodges.

Mardi Gras celebration set for March 10CAMP CASEY, South Korea — Camp Casey will host a Mardi Gras celebration March 10 at the Camp Casey Digital Conference Center in Building 2236.

A time has not yet been announced, according to camp commander Lt. Col. Terry Hodges.

The party will include a short parade up Casey Boulevard and will include prizes for the best costumes and masks, along with bead giveaways.
