CAMP CASEY, South Korea — The Army’s Criminal Investigation Command is offering a $2,000 reward for information on the theft of $18,000 at Camp Hovey’s Iron Triangle Club on Dec. 27.

Officials said security cameras showed a person entering a side door of the club between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m. Two small safes containing the money were stolen.

The person was wearing a black jacket, black pants, white gloves, gray or blue shoes with white trim, a white hooded sweatshirt and a white hockey or ski mask.

The person was carrying a blue or purple backpack, investigators said.

Anyone with information on the individual’s identity or location can call the Camp Casey agency at DSN 730-4921 or DSN 730-4240. They also may call the military police desk at DSN 730-4417.
