YONGSAN GARRISON, South Korea — Areas inside and east of Seoul recorded 7 inches of rain Thursday, and flood warnings were issued for Area II, military officials said.
By 4 p.m. Thursday, parts of Seoul received as much as 7 inches of rain, according to the 607th Weather Squadron at Osan Air Base. The forecast called for continued showers through early Saturday morning.
