Two men were reported for indecent exposure in separate incidents in Kaiserslautern on Tuesday, police said.
A 46-year-old man was arrested after admitting to exposing himself on Fackelstrasse, according to a police statement. He was banned from the city center while the investigation continues.
On Donnersbergstrasse, a 41-year-old man was seen crossing the street naked several times, according to a separate police report. He was partially clothed when officers arrived and was shouting at passersby. He complied with police orders to leave the area, and no charges were filed.
The incidents follow a similar case on Aug. 16, when an unidentified man exposed himself to a woman and her two young children outside Kaiserslautern’s main train station. Authorities have not confirmed whether the cases are connected.
