The 569th U.S. Forces Police Squadron seeks to streamline vehicle registration services in the Kaiserslautern Military Community with a new online scheduling and queuing system. (569th U.S. Forces Police Squadron )
Beginning Monday, drivers in the Kaiserslautern Military Community can expect a smoother vehicle registration experience with the launch of a new online scheduling system.
MOTORS, which is short for Motorized Transportation Operations, Registration and Safety, allows vehicle registration staffers to verify documents ahead of appointments, helping to streamline service, according to a statement on Ramstein Air Base’s website.
To schedule an appointment, users must create an account using a .mil, .gov, dodea.eu or nato.int email address. While appointments are encouraged, limited same-day slots will be available through a digital queue on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the MOTORS website.
The current 2Meters system is slated to be phased out by June 16, according to the statement. After that, all bookings and queuing will be managed through MOTORS.
