UPDATE: The Rhine Ordnance Barracks Medical Center Gate (a.k.a. the East Gate) at Ramstein Air Base has reopened for normal operation after a brief closing, according to a Department of Defense alert sent out on Saturday afternoon. The West Gate is also open.
