A 15-year-old girl told police she was bitten by a stranger Tuesday night while walking on Sankt Franziskus Strasse in Kaiserslautern.

The teenager said an intoxicated man began following her around 8 p.m., before grabbing her and biting her thumb, according to a statement from city police. She said she was able to break free and run away.

Police said the suspect is still at large and an investigation is underway. Authorities urge anyone with relevant information to call 0631-369-14299.
