Expect noise Thursday as jets exercise over Ramstein Air Base

It might get louder in the KMC on Thursday, as Ramstein Air Base is hosting a basic flight maneuver exercise. Base officials said to expect increased noise levels from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. for the United States Air Forces in Europe - Air Forces Africa exercise. It is the first-ever 1-v-1 exercise for fourth- and fifth-generation fighter aircraft from several NATO countries hosted by the base.
