The Red Devils play their next-to-last home game of the season Saturday night against Magdeburg. Action gets underway at 8:30 p.m. at Fritz Walter Stadium. Kaiserslautern is in 15th place going into the game, a notch above the relegation playoff spot. With 33 points, they are one point ahead of Wiesbaden, and two ahead of Rostock in the direct relegation slot, making it an important game for FCK. But they will have fanatical support for the match as the stadium is close to sold-out, with only a few tickets still available. Next Saturday, the Red Devils travel to Berlin to face Hertha, before returning to the Betzenberg to take on Braunschweig, a team that is one place and one point ahead of the Red Devils going into this weekend’s action. The May 19 match is already sold out.
