A Kaiserslautern woman called police after encountering a naked man in the stairwell of her apartment building, authorities said. Police on Sunday found the 32-year-old man as described and learned that he had been locked out while retrieving his cellphone from his car. The man, who had left his apartment to grab the phone during a shower, inadvertently shut the door behind him. A neighbor noticed the situation and alerted the police. The landlord later provided a replacement key. The man agreed to a breathalyzer test, which showed a blood alcohol content of .26%.
