The Defense Department is setting up a call center next week to help several hundred military families struggling with change of station moves as the department looks for a long-term solution to the problems that still plague personnel transferring to new bases.

Two brigades of the 4th Infantry Division will deploy to U.S. Central Command, while units from the 3rd Infantry Division, 1st Infantry Division and 1st Cavalry Division will deploy to Europe.

The cost for the parade and other events was initially estimated to be between $25 and $45 million, including an estimated $16 million to repair streets, but the Army took preparations to protect roads.
