Grafenwoehr, Germany, Aug. 28, 1947: Targets get repaired during the U.S. European Command pistol and rifle matches at the Infantry Training Center at Grafenwoehr. The matches, held from Aug. 27 through Sept. 4, were the first held post World War II.
