Bad Kreuznach, Germany, Oct. 9, 1998: The 4th Battalion, 27th Field Artillery Regiment from Baumholder fires a salute of honor during the start of the welcome home ceremony for the 1st Armored Division at Rose Barracks. The ceremony marked the return of the last of the nearly 3,000 soldiers of the 1st Armored Division after a yearlong mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
