Kabul, Afghanistan, Apr. 21, 2012: An Afghan shop owner straightens out a stack of Exchange-brand plastic bags hanging in his stall in Kabul’s so-called “Bush Market.” The bags were meant for American military exchange stores in Afghanistan, but, like many other supplies, ended up in the bazaar, a black market for stolen U.S. goods.
