Taipei, Taiwan, June 15, 1965: Actor William Holden signs autographs while attending the 11th Asian Film Festival, held for the first time in Taiwan at the Taipei Sports and Cultural Center. The festival was attended by more than 200 film stars, technicians and executives from Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, South Vietnam and the Philippines. The American actor — whose film “The Seventh Dawn” was one of the guest entries at the festival and received a special citation — arrived at the festival at the last minute, coming from location in Singapore.
