Annapolis, Md., May 11, 2015: Plebes participate in the “wet and sandy” portion of the U.S. Naval Academy’s annual Sea Trials in Annapolis, Md. The Sea Trials are a 14-hour rigorous physical and mental endurance test, in which the Academy’s freshmen class of midshipmen — also known as plebes — prove they have what it takes.
