Washington Heights Dependent Housing Area, Tokyo, Japan, Feb. 3, 1963: Children get in some old-fashioned snow fun as the first real snow of the winter fell in Tokyo. Throwing one of his first snowballs is Bill Mullins, 9, and building a rather dingy snow man is his brother Ronald, 4. They are the sons of Tech. Sgt. K.W. Mullins, 6100th Support Squadron, Tachikawa Air Base.
