Central Saudi Arabia, Jan. 22, 1991: Airman 1st Class William Peter of Quincy, Ill., checks the engine air inlet of an F-15 Eagle for damage and loose rivets during the first week of Operation Desert Storm. Peter was an F-15E crew chief with the 336th Aircraft Maintenance Unit, 4th Tactical Fighter Wing, out of Seymour Johnson AFB, North Carolina.
