The first enemy I had to kill on night ambush. Rewired my brain, but I didn't get caught up in it like some. Did my best to protect our guys in the base camps from sappers and mortar or rocket attacks. Five-man team worked only at night and we all were scared. Had the best training and didn't see anything I wasn't expecting.
