KABUL, Afghanistan — Three coalition soldiers were treated for minor injuries after their vehicle hit an improvised explosive device near Bagram Air Field, NATO said Friday.
Officials declined to disclose the nationalities of those injured in Wednesday’s incident, citing alliance rules.
Last month, another coalition vehicle struck an IED near Bagram. NATO said none of their personnel were injured in that blast.
Bagram Air Field, located roughly 35 miles north of Kabul, is the largest U.S. and NATO military base in Afghanistan.
