An incident aboard the aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman left four sailors with non-life-threatening injuries, officials said Tuesday.

The Nimitz-class carrier was being replenished off the coast of Florida on Tuesday by the USNS Patuxent when a line broke, according to a U.S. Fleet Forces Command news release.

Two of the injured were flown by a Navy helicopter to Naval Air Station Jacksonville, Fla., and will receive follow-up care at Naval Hospital Jacksonville, the release said. One sailor was flown via C-2 Greyhound to Naval Station Norfolk for further evaluation and another was treated on board.

An investigation into the incident was launched immediately, the release said. The Truman is underway conducting training operations.
