KAISERSLAUTERN, Germany – Wish the USO would offer more classes or a trip to a certain European destination?

Now is the time to speak up.

The United Service Organizations is asking military members and their families to participate in an online survey to determine what programs and services they find most valuable.

The 2013 TellUSO “Sound Off Survey” runs through Oct. 1. It takes about 15 minutes to complete.

Previous surveys have helped the USO improve connectivity in Southwest Asia, develop a Deployment Care Package and establish a Mobile United Through Reading kit for troops in areas away from a USO center, according to a press release from USO Kaiserslautern.

Defense Department civilians are also welcome to complete the survey, according to the USO Kaiserslautern office.

The annual survey is conducted by a third party and is available online at www.TellUSO.org. Military and family members who complete the survey are eligible to enter a drawing for a $500 Visa gift card.
