TOKYO — Japan’s biggest toy show, International Tokyo Toy Show 2010, will run through Sunday at Tokyo Big Sight.

The event will showcase more than 36,000 toys by 139 domestic and international businesses, according to a news release by the Japan Toy Association. The show is a chance for visitors to play with the latest toys, as well as catch Japanese action-hero shows. The show will be open only to businesses Thursday and Friday but will be open to the public from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday. Admission is free.
