Guam airman found dead in Andersen maintenance hangar

An airman was found dead Thursday morning in a maintenance hangar at Andersen Air Force Base on Guam, the 36th Wing public affairs office said.
The woman, a 19-year-old airman first class assigned to the 36th Wing, was found at around 6:40 a.m., the wing said in a news release.
The base did not disclose the name of the airman pending notification of the next of kin.
The Air Force Office of Special Investigations is looking into the cause of death.
