Unbeaten Ramstein posted its sixth straight double-digit victory Saturday, completing a weekend sweep of visiting Patch 41-20.

The victory, fueled by 12 rebounds from Crystal Richardson and eight assists from Sierra Stayberg, boosted the Lady Royals’ overall record to 10-0 and their Division I mark to 3-0.

Ramstein has failed to achieve double-digit victories in only two of its games, beating Heidelberg 41-33 and Kaiserslautern 58-49 in nonconference games. The Lady Royals play their conference games against Kaiserslautern and Heidelberg on Feb. 9 and Feb. 10, respectively.

Stayberg’s eight assists gave her 14 for the weekend. She handed out six in Friday’s 57-21 nonconference victory over Patch.

In other girls games of note:

Kaiserslautern 46, Lakenheath 39: On Saturday at Kaiserslautern, Alisha Simmons and Brittany Smith each scored 16 points, and teammate Erika Stewart pulled down a game-high nine rebounds as the Lady Raiders improved to 7-1 overall and 3-0 in Division I.

Kaiserslautern remained tied atop the D-I race with Ramstein.

SHAPE’s only loss this season came at D-I Lakenheath. Since then, the Lady Spartans have downed Lakenheath once and AFNORTH and Bitburg twice, all by double-digit margins. SHAPE is 7-1 overall and 4-0 in Division II-North.

SHAPE’s sophomore duo of Ebonee De Vos and Ashley Jordan again led the way. De Vos scored 16 points Friday and 13 Saturday, while Jordan had 10 points, seven rebounds, four assists and four steals Friday, and 10 points, 13 rebounds and two blocks Saturday.

Baumholder 34, AFNORTH 29: Saturday at Baumholder, Jasmine Buchanan scored 14 points and hauled in nine rebounds as the Lady Bucs kept pace in the league race with SHAPE at 4-0.

Hohenfels 47, Ansbach 33: Friday at Ansbach, Vanessa Turner got 17 points and eight rebounds to lead the Lady Tigers’ III-South conference victory.
