Modified single-elimination with consolation, best-of-five sets, last part of second day and third day.Division II — Nine teams in three pools, best-of-three sets, first day. Modified single-elimination with consolation, best-of-five sets, last two days.Schedule of events — Pool and cross-over matches starting 9 a.m. Thursday and Friday, last matches at 6 p.m. Thursday and 5 p.m. Friday.
