South KoreaSeoul American Falcons, Yongsan GarrisonCoach — Robert Victoria, second season (assistant previous two years).Key performers — Boys: Russell Midomaru, Jr. (third in Far East singles last two years) and Ronald Midomaru, Fr. (transfers from Daegu American); Jae Han, Jr.; Chong Lee, Jr. (fourth in Far East singles last year); Matt Bruhnke, Sr. Girls: Carson Allen, So.; Jacquelyn Nguyen, Sr. (second in Far East doubles last season).Overview — Boys contending, girls rebuilding. Daegu American Warriors, Camp GeorgeCoach — Ed Thompson, seventh season.Key performers — Boys: Matthew Hwang, Fr. (sixth in Far East singles last year); Andrew Georges, So. Osan American Cougars, Osan Air BaseCoach — Bruce Barker, 16th season.Key performers — Boys: John Bradley, Sr.; Alex Custer, Sr.; Kee Park, Sr. Girls: Alice Kim, Sr.; Erica Shin, Sr.Overview — Rebuilding. Replacing departed Far East singles champions Kyle Sprow, Elissa Mason and doubles champion Eliott Mason a tough chore, but Youngdahl and Gentz should lock horns and battle well for that top girls spot; a solid 1-2 punch. Taylor headlines youthful boys side, definitely will contend in the future but perhaps the present as well.

Though Erika Youngdahl has transferred to Kadena, this Panthers team might actually be deeper than in 2009.
