Tegan Brown of Guam High was named Tuesday to the Independent Interscholastic Athletic Association of Guam's All-Island boys soccer team.Brown, a sophomore defender, helped the Panthers qualify for the eighth and final spot in the IIAAG playoffs, which begin Thursday. The Panthers, 2-7-1 in league play, play IIAAG regular-season champion St. John's at 4:30 p.m. Thursday at Wettengel Field.
