Major League Soccer official Chuck Locke will present at Army-Europe’s 2006 soccer officials clinic scheduled for June 1-3, according to MWR training official Tom Hlavacek.

Locke, a veteran college official and a national instructor trainer since 2002, will cover soccer rules, points of emphasis and field mechanics, said Tom Hlavacek, Morale, Welfare and Recreation’s training official. The clinic, to be held at the MWR training facility in Schwetzingen, Germany, near Heidelberg, concludes with a written test and a practical exam conducted while officiating on-field at the clinic soccer tournament June 3 at nearby Tompkins Barracks.
