The Jags will need both qualities, because, like Menwith Hill, Sigonella’s enrollment has shrunk dramatically.“High numbers,” McKown wrote, “are the key to Division III football.”The return to DODDS-Europe football couldn’t be tougher, either. Rota comes to call on Sept. 8, and the Jaguars go from there to Baumholder the following week.
