Seniors claimed 20 of the 30 available spots on the 2013 All-Europe boys soccer teams, announced Friday by DODDS-Europe Athletic Director Karen Seadore.

That list includes two members each of the two championship teams from Brussels in Lukas MacNaughton and Alessandro Pryce of International School of Brussels and Kristian Javier and Daniel Helbling of Brussels American School.

Division I semifinalist Ramstein placed juniors Cameron Hansen and Brienno Illari on the first team, while Division II runner-up American Overseas School of Rome saw senior Christiaan Caanen and junior Lamberto Lambertini make the roster.

The 15-man first team is a diverse lot, drawing from nearly every corner of the continent. AFNORTH’s Oguzhan Yabici, Alconbury’s Jeff Black and SHAPE senior goalie Bryce Mann represent the northern region alongside the Belgium contingent; Marymount junior Raffaele Bevilacqua and Sigonella junior Alessandro Thomas line up alongside their AOSR rivals; and Patch’s Seth Waller and Heidelberg’s Andrew Guelle round out the German group.

The Lions, who reached the Division I European championship game in their final season before the school’s closure, placed second-team seniors Tim Sellman and Justin Hunter alongside first-teamer Guelle.
