The tables have turned in DODEA-Europe Division III football.
The visiting Baumholder Bucs knocked off the Ansbach Cougars 46-28 on Saturday in a 2019 season opener that represented a stunning reversal of the division’s 2018 fortunes. Baumholder finished last season without a win, while Ansbach was the undefeated, undisputed champion.

Michael Blue threw for two touchdown passes and caught another, while Braden Jewell produced 45 yards from scrimmage and a touchdown. Jaheim Sharp, meanwhile, starred in all facets with a rushing touchdown, an interception and a 60-yard fumble recovery return for a touchdown.
