CAMP GEORGE, South Korea – Kristina Bergman racked up 11 spike kills in 14 attempts and Daegu American’s girls volleyball team posted its first unbeaten Korean-American Interscholastic Activities Conference regular season by sweeping Gyeonggi Suwon International in straight sets.

The Warriors, two-time Far East Division II Tournament champions, had only shared one KAIAC season title, in 2005 with Seoul American, in school history.

“I hope to be feeling good like this, or even better, come Friday evening,” Warriors coach Joanna Wyche said. The KAIAC end-of-season tournament is slated for Friday and Saturday at Korea International School.
