Your report on how Michael Jackson’s music is effectively helping with crowd control in Haiti reminds me once again that even though he isn’t here with us anymore, Jackson is still the best goodwill ambassador that America has, and has had, for many years ("U.S. troops find music soothes crowds in Haiti," article, March 2).
