Regarding "Ga. considers noting PTSD on driver’s licenses" (article, May 11): Nice quote, Marvin Myers, president of the Georgia Vietnam Veterans Alliance Inc. "Why would I want to put out there on my license: ‘Hey, I’m a nut job’ ?"

Strong work supporting those you represent in your very own state with a post-traumatic stress disorder diagnosis. I’m sure they are heartened to know that such an astute man is president of an organization whose mission statement says: "The mission of GVVA is to provide quality services and support, based upon the concepts of self-esteem and self-improvement, to Vietnam veterans throughout the State of Georgia that will enhance and enrich their lives and the lives of their families."

Too bad there isn’t a process for the rest of us to recommend "Idiot" for an individual’s driver’s license.
