U.S. servicemembers stationed at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, received a visit from members of the Professional Golf Association as part of a joint USO-PGA Birdies for the Brave Tour.

The tour is a national military outreach initiative dedicated to honoring and showing appreciation to the courageous men and women of the United States Armed Forces and their families.

According to the Birdies for the Brave website, the outreach was originally created in 2004 by PGA TOUR player, Phil Mickelson, and his wife, Amy, to support combat-wounded veterans.
