KAISERSLAUTERN, Germany — A network upgrade by Telepost Kabel-Service will cause a one-day outage of all TKS services at Katterbach on Wednesday, TKS announced Monday.

The outage will take place between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. It will affect all services delivered via TKS’ cable network, including AFN and TKS cable television, and Surf’n’Talk (on-post TKS cable Internet and telephone).

Once upgrades are complete in the respective housing area, all services will automatically resume, TKS said in a release. Customers who experience any technical issues after 6 p.m. should report them to the TKS customer service hotline at: 01804-857-762 ( .20 euro/call).
