The final warrant officer selection board for fiscal 2004 will be held Sept. 13, the U.S. Army recruiting command announced.

Patriot system technicians are in high demand this year, officials said.

To apply, a soldier must be a sergeant or above; hold a military occupational specialty rating of 14E, 14T, 14J or 27X or have a non-listed MOS with related experience in a listed field; possess four years of field experience in MOS 14E or 27X or five years of field experience in MOS 14T or 14J; and maintain a physical profile of at least 111121.

Preferred qualifications include an additional year of experience in a feeder MOS, one year in a supervisory position, 20 or more hours of college credit with at least six hours in English classes and six in math, and a written recommendation from a senior warrant officer in the same career field.
