Jurors saw videotaped confessions of a man accused of shooting two soldiers outside a Little Rock military recruiting station in 2009, according to the Associated Press. One of the soldiers, 23-year-old Pvt. William Andrew Long, died.

In two videos shown to jurors, Abdulhakim Muhammad told investigators that he shot the soldiers after watching a video about a Muslim woman being raped, the Associated Press reported.

"The Quran says fight those who fight you," the Associated Press quoted Muhammad as saying.
