Servicemembers in Iraq and Kuwait are getting another taste of home, with the opening of several Taco Bell fast food outlets at U.S. bases in the two countries.

According to the Army and Air Force Exchange Service, the first of the stores opened Monday on Camp Arifjan in Kuwait.

An outlet will open in Iraq sometime in late May, AAFES said in a news release, but did not say which base would house the store. Several bases in both countries already have commercially operated fast food restaurants offering pizza, burgers and other items.

According to AAFES, 657 first-day orders at the Arifjan store totaled more than $5,600 in sales.
