R&B artists Sisqó and Dru Hill will visit the Hanau military community Saturday and hold a concert at the Eissporthalle in Darmstadt that evening.

Sisqó, lead singer for Dru Hill, became famous a few years ago for his “Thong Song.”

The group will hold an autograph session at 6 p.m. at the Hanau post exchange. Sisqó and Dru Hill CDs will be available for purchase and autographing.

The concert is set for 9 p.m. American Forces Network will be giving away 10 concert tickets from 5 to 9 a.m. and from 3 to 6 p.m. all week until Friday morning on FM 98.7 throughout central Germany.

Ticket winners will be in for a treat, as many surprises are lined up for guests, said Sgt. 1st Class Tim Donahue, AFN Frankfurt station commander.

The doors open at the Eissporthalle for the concert at 8 p.m.

Supporting acts include II Jiggy, Soul City, and Darnell and Elliot. Plus, there will be dance performances by the Funkadelics and Tha Gipsys.

Ticket prices are 30 euros in advance and 35 euros at the door. Presale tickets can be bought at the autograph-signing in Hanau, as well as at the Natrix, a dance club in Darmstadt.

Ticket price includes an after-concert party at the Natrix, where there will be a 1,000-euro thong contest.

The Eissporthalle is on Alsfelder Strasse 45 at the Burgerpark Nord in Darmstadt.
