More than 1,000 veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan who are suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder would be eligible for a higher disability rating under a proposed settlement of a class action lawsuit, the Associated Press reported.The veterans, who were discharged between 2002 and 2008, filed the lawsuit, claiming they were illegally denied benefits, the Associated Press reported.
