NAPLES, ITALY — A few dozen people attended a meeting Wednesday introducing the Gricignano housing area’s new recycling policy, which includes the removal of on-base trash bins.

The meeting was open to all base residents, but mandatory for the housing-directed residents supervisor, which is normally the senior member residing in the building.

The recycling program is expected to start May 23. Recycling and composting bins will be distributed to all housing units in the next few weeks.
