An Air Force master sergeant from Ramstein Air Base, Germany, has been charged with having sex with female minors and possessing pictures of minors having sex.

Master Sgt. Bart Lipscomb, a maintenance superintendent with the Ramstein-based 86th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, will face a court-martial Tuesday at the base courtroom, according to an Air Force news release.

Lipscomb has been charged with three violations under the Uniform Code of Military Justice. One of the charges includes engaging in an extramarital affair that is “prejudicial to good order and discipline,” according to the release.
